個人資料收集聲明 Personal Information Collection Statement
此訂單一經生效，代表顧客願意提供其個人資料給瑞之木坊有限公司 (下稱”本公司”)，並同意本公司使用其個人資料進行市場推廣及顧客分析，包括但不限於透過電郵、電話、手機短訊及社交軟件等，向顧客提供本公司的產品、服務及活動資訊。顧客了解可隨時要求本公司停止使用其個人資料作直接市場推廣用途，並有權查閱及更正其資料。
Once this order takes effect, it represents that the customer voluntarily provides their personal data to Rezywood Studio Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The customer agrees that the Company may use their personal data for conducting marketing and customer profile analysis purposes including but not limited to providing the customer with communications about the Company's products, services, and event information through e-mail, telephone, SMS, or social communication software, etc. The customer understands that they may at any time require the Company to cease to use their personal data for direct marketing purposes and the customer has the right to request access to and correction of their personal data.
條款及細則 Terms and Conditions
此訂單於開單日起 12 個月內有效。顧客逾時確定生產貨品內容及收貨時間將作撻訂論，訂金將不獲退還。所訂貨品如需更改，請於訂貨後 12 小時內通知，逾時恕不更改。所有產品，客人必須接受產品規格會有公差為 +/- 2 cm以內。
This sales order is valid for 12 months from the issue date. If the customer fails to confirm production details or delivery within this period, it will be treated as a cancellation by the customer, and all deposits will be forfeited. This sales order will be valid within 12 months from the issue date. All deposits and payment of any form will be forfeited if the customers could not confirm the products and its delivery. Any product amendments should be made within 12 hours after ordering. The Company cannot accept any amendment afterwards. Customers must accept size tolerance of +/- 2 cm on each side of a product.
送貨服務安排須知 Delivery Service Arrangement
1. 送貨服務地區不包括：禁區、5.5 噸或以上貨車不能進入的路段、展覽場地、酒店、船屋/船、地盤。
Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, roads prohibited for trucks weighing 5.5 tonnes or above, exhibition site, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, addresses where goods delivery has to go through the balcony. Should deliveries be made to a ferry terminal, ocean terminal, The Airport, the customer must arrange their own drop off/pick up logistics and pay for extra delivery fee.
2. 顧客需主動提供住宅門及電梯門尺寸給本公司，若因顧客住宅範圍所限導致貨品不能進屋，本公司既不負責。
Customers should provide size of the lift and the door of their delivery location before production. Otherwise, the Company will not be liable if the ordered items are unable to deliver due to any obstacle(s).
3. 送貨日期如有任何更改或取消，請於送貨日前兩個工作天以電郵及/或WhatsApp通知，否則本公司將收取附加服務費。
If you would like to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please formally inform the Company via email and/or whatsapp before 2 working days in advance for our arrangement otherwise we will charge an administration fee.
4. 若送貨地點沒有升降機或貨品須經樓梯送貨，顧客須繳付每件每層之搬運費。
For buildings without lifts or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge for per unit and per floor.
5. 如在送貨當日因無人應門導致送貨失敗，送貨費將不會退回。重新安排送貨將收取額外運輸費。
There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstances, we will require additional delivery charges.
6. 有關送貨的收費詳情，可參閱 “額外收費資料”。
Regarding the delivery charges details, pls refer to "Additional delivery charges guideline”.
7. 如遇上惡劣天氣或不可抗力事件，送貨服務可能延誤或暫停。我們會在 24 小時內聯絡顧客再作安排。
In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, or force majeure event, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. We shall contact the affected customer within 24 hours via SMS/phone for rescheduling delivery.
8. 顧客於收貨時請檢查所有貨品，簽名作實後，本公司恕不負責其後之補或更換。
Customers have a responsibility to check clearly the parts and the glass (if any). No replacement will be accepted after checking and signing the delivery note.
取消產品/訂單Cancellation of Items and/or sales order
訂單一經確認，本公司恕不接受顧客取消訂單或換貨，特別對於客製化產品。
Once an order is confirmed, the Company does not accept any cancellations or exchanges, especially for tailor-made or customized items.
額外倉租收費 Extra Products Storage Fee
本公司可代客存貨，由承諾送貨日起計 兩星期。超過兩星期，顧客仍未能收貨，本公司有權作以下行動：
The Company provides complimentary storage for up to two weeks from the agreed delivery date. If the customer fails to collect the ordered products over two weeks from the sales order date, the Company have the right to execute the followings:
1. 若顧客拒絕收貨，本公司有權沒收單上貨品及所有訂單訂金及貨款不予退回。
If customer refuses to accept the products, all payment and products will be non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. 若顧客只是臨時性無法安排收貨，則需繳付額外倉租，倉租是按每月以貨價的 10% 金額計算(不足三十天仍以一個月計算)。
If customer is temporary unable to collect the products, extra 10% of the sales order amount will be charged as warehouse storage fee per month on those uncollected products (Storage fees will be calculated on a monthly basis; any period less than 30 days will be charged as a full month.)
優惠貨品 Promotion Products
優惠期內，貨品之優惠價格只適用於此期間所發出的訂購單(不包括非此段期間發出之訂單而尚未送貨之產品)，本公司不須對非優惠期內所訂購之產品作差價補償。
The promotional price will only be valid and effective within the promotion period (exclude the order issued before the promotion period but that order has not yet delivered). The Company is not responsible for the price variation of those orders that are issued after the promotional period.
實木天然特性聲明 Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood
本公司產品採用天然實木（如北美胡桃木、白橡木、櫻桃木等）製作。天然木材之紋理、木結、色差、礦物線及隨環境濕度變化而產生的輕微膨脹或收縮，均屬自然現象而非產品質量瑕疵。
Our products are crafted from natural solid wood (such as North American Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, etc.). Variations in grain, knots, color differences, mineral streaks, and slight expansion or contraction due to environmental humidity are natural characteristics of wood and shall not be considered product defects.
滴膠工藝特性聲明 Artistic Characteristics of Resin Craft
滴膠系列產品均為手工製作。在生產過程中，成品可能含有極微小的氣孔、手工打磨痕跡或流動紋理之微差。這些獨特性是手工藝品的美學特徵，不影響產品結構與使用功能。
All resin series products are handcrafted. During the production process, the finished products may contain microscopic air bubbles, minor hand-polishing marks, or subtle variations in flow patterns. These unique traits are aesthetic features of craftsmanship and do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product.
產品保養及責任限制 Product Care and Limitation of Liability
高端實木家具需避免長時間曝曬於強烈陽光下或置於極度潮濕/乾燥之環境中。若因客戶保養不當（如使用化學清潔劑、受潮或高溫暴曬）導致之開裂或變形，本公司恕不負責。
High-end solid wood furniture must be protected from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extremely humid/dry environments. The Company shall not be held liable for any cracking or deformation caused by improper maintenance (such as the use of chemical cleaners, moisture damage, or high-temperature exposure).
責任限制及最高上限 Limitation of Liability
對於本公司未能如期送交之貨品或任何因產品引起的爭議，本公司的最高賠償責任僅限於退還顧客就該交易所實際支付之金額。本公司概不負責任何直接及/或間接損失或損害。
If the Company is unable to deliver the products as scheduled or in the event of any disputes arising from the products, the Company's maximum liability shall be limited to the refund of the actual payment received from the customer for that specific transaction. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage.
聲明及修改權力 Declaration and Right of Amendment
瑞之木坊有限公司保留對上述條款及細則之最終解釋權，以上條款如有任何更改恕不另行通知。中英文本如有歧義，概以英文本為準。
Rezywood Studio Limited reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms and conditions. The above terms are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
